A. P.I. de C. V., CRRC Hong Kong Co., Limited y CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Co., Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobierno estatal destac\u00f3 que este es el proyecto central del Plan Maestro de Movilidad Muevole\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La firma del contrato y el inicio de construcci\u00f3n de los vagones se dieron en septiembre de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DEFINICI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se inform\u00f3 oficialmente que mediante estudios se podr\u00e1 definir el sistema m\u00e1s conveniente a desarrollar en la zona metropolitana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello, la empresa ganadora de la licitaci\u00f3n ofert\u00f3 dos montos, en uno considerando la opci\u00f3n elevada para las tres l\u00edneas por 25 mil 861 millones 796 mil 773.89 pesos (USD 1,288 millones) m\u00e1s IVA (Impuesto sobre el Valor A\u00f1adido).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la segunda opci\u00f3n, en la que se considera las L\u00edneas 4 y 6 elevadas y la 5 a nivel, la oferta fue de 25 mil 476 millones 857 mil 046.87 pesos, m\u00e1s IVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CINCO A\u00d1OS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El consorcio tiene el compromiso de terminar la construcci\u00f3n de las tres l\u00edneas el 31 de agosto del 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en su propuesta se ofrecen edificaciones m\u00e1s modernas, amigables y ligeras con la urbanizaci\u00f3n local para albergar las instalaciones de las tres l\u00edneas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El consorcio tendr\u00e1 a su cargo la construcci\u00f3n de la L\u00ednea 4, la cual tiene un trazo desde avenida Pablo Gonz\u00e1lez Garza hasta el Hospital de Ginecolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que la L\u00ednea 5 inicia desde el Hospital de Ginecolog\u00eda hasta la Estanzuela, en la zona sur de Monterrey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La L\u00ednea 6 inicia su recorrido, tambi\u00e9n, en el Hospital de Ginecolog\u00eda, en Monterrey, sigue por avenida Constituci\u00f3n, Parque Fundidora, Prolongaci\u00f3n Madero, avenida Miguel Alem\u00e1n y finaliza en el centro del municipio de Apodaca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad y Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana del estado mexicano de Nuevo Le\u00f3n adjudic\u00f3 al consorcio MotaEngil M\u00e9xico la construcci\u00f3n de las L\u00edneas 4, 5 y 6 del Metro de Monterrey.
